Gone Fishing

First off, shoutout to Jaffy (@xjaffy on IG) for her dedication and growth within her craft. The conceptualization, the fit and execution in this shoot compared to our first shoot is monumental. I enjoy having the ability to grow my skill and understanding of my craft while simultaneously bringing my muses to higher heights as well. DC is truly on the rise and growth such as this one is a sign of the times we are currently living in and I'm excited for what's to come.

As those that follow me may have noticed, traveling is one of my favorite things to do outside of taking photos is getting lost in an unfamiliar place and figuring out what that place has to teach and offer me. At this point, it almost feels like I've both been in LA for too little time and also feels as if I've been here for months. Getting to understand LA on multiple levels from the perspectives of a few different people has been special. What i found most beautiful has been how photogenic and versatility the area is, shoot locations exist all around at any moment. Each area has such a unique individual personality from the next, something that is the opposite of what I am used to in DC - no home or building is identical. With that being said, be on the lookout from the work I got the opportunity to create with a few new faces. I'm convinced I need to just block out a 90-day period to truly take in what LA can provide on a creative level. What I can say is that I'm inspired.
